Terms and privacy

These terms apply to broadband services and online payments provided by G Tech Communication Pvt Ltd ("G Tech", "we"), 158, Imran Complex, Kosa Street, Vellore – 632001. By using our service or this website you agree to them.

Service

• Plan speeds are the maximum "up to" speeds on our fiber network. Actual speed can vary with Wi-Fi range, devices and the websites you use.
• Unlimited plans are for normal home or business use and must not be resold or shared outside the premises without our written permission.
• You must not use the connection for anything illegal under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Equipment we supply (such as the ONT/router) remains our property unless you bought it, and must be returned when the connection is closed.

Billing and payments

• Plans are prepaid and valid for the number of days shown. Service may be paused if a renewal is not paid.
• Online card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• If a payment is debited but not credited to your account, contact us with the transaction reference. Verified failed payments are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days.
• Installation, security deposit and plan charges are confirmed with you before installation.

Call +91 82208 92228 or email support@gtechnet.in between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to report a fault. We aim to fix faults quickly but are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our control, such as power failure, cable cuts by third parties, natural events or government orders.

Privacy

• We collect only what we need to provide your connection: your name, phone number, installation address, ID documents required by telecom rules, and payment records.
• This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The enquiry forms do not store anything on our server; they open WhatsApp with your details so you can choose to send them.
• We keep customer records as required by law and share them only with government authorities when legally required, or with service partners (such as our payment partner) to provide your service.
• You can ask to see or correct your details by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, G Tech is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or this website.
